Mutualism

The objective of the first module 1 of the course was to develop a concept and an apron based on a specific location in Moscow. The project is based on the Supermetal Cultural and Business Complex. The project is based on the idea of «mutualism». This concept represents an attempt to see how the world can continue to develop after the collapse of the old civilization: not through control, but through coexistence. The contrast between the industrial past and the expected ecosystem future, the crude robotic form and vegetation has become the basis for the concept of the project — a future where nature, man and technology merge into a living whole, creating a symbiotic link that cannot exist without the participation of all three elements.
