Project Description: The «GOLDEN GUIDE MAK» project aims to develop the city of Vladimir in the hospitality and restaurant culture sector. As part of the «Restaurant Service Culture» program, the GOLDEN GUIDE MAK project will select seven restaurants in Vladimir to highlight the people who create an experience for guests—both residents and tourists—in their hometown. We will conduct interviews, create story segments, and produce videos about the teams at these seven Vladimir restaurants, selected through the «Restaurant Service Culture» program and their contribution to the city’s gastronomic culture. This project is about the people who bring happiness and joy to their guests every day through their attention and care. The restaurants will work to improve their service, culture, and guest experience.
Quantitative Results: 2000 participants
Quality Outcomes: The project brought people together around the idea of caring for nature, strengthened partnerships, and inspired new volunteers. Participants' environmental literacy increased, and sustainable habits of responsible behavior and mutual aid were formed.
